BRIGHTON TOWN HALL WEDDING

Nikki and Pete got married at the remarkable Brighton Town Hall, which is the local town hall in Brighton. It was a beautiful day and the sun shone all day long! Brighton Town Hall was built between 1830 and 1832. It is a Grade II listed building. It features fine porticoes with fluted ionic columns outside, and an impressive central staircase and atrium inside. The room are spacious and bright and are perfect for either small intimate weddings or larger wedding parties.

The ceremony

The ceremony was an intimate family only service at Brighton town hall. During the ceremony they had several beautiful readings & poems from family members. It was really emotional. I love this venue because it’s so close to the beach, perfect for some fun couple shots.

Weddings at Brighton Town Hall are amazing, because the staff are super friendly & the light in the rooms is so lovely.

Why Brighton Town Hall is a great place to get married

Brighton Town Hall is perfect for intimate weddings, and is one of the nicest places to get married in Brighton. The venue offers a range of options from small ceremonies of 10 up to a large gathering of 120. The grand staircase is a great p;ace for some photos and the courtyard outside is perfect for the famous confetti shot & a few family group shots.

After the ceremony Nikki , Pete & I wandered off along Brighton seafront to take some couple shots . see below! The couple had a drinks reception in the afternoon, and an intimate family dinner in the evening. The perfect small family wedding that they wanted.

Nikki wore a stunning white silk & lace dress and Pete wore a lovely smart suit and they looked really gorgeous.

The couple got in touch with me last year, and their enquiry was so personal. They said they wanted a fun photographer, and they loved my style. I loved that they were so relaxed about everything, it really shows in their photos.

Brighton Town Hall is located in the center of Brighton, a stones throw away from the famous beach & Pier. Many of the weddings I shoot at the Town Hall go on to have a reception at a local hotel or pub.
